the sr. Professional finance will be able to perform complex financial analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting, also including operational guidance for lower level analysts.
this position is very detailed-oriented, and customer service-driven.
this position will be key for gbs fp&a team as a support for coordination of financial reporting packages for consolidation for gbs locations (mx & pl) and 20 plus countries for gbs hc footprint, helping with standardization of reports and process improvement across gbs centers sharing the best industry practice sharing.
sr. Financial analyst should be able to present results in a non-finance environment with excellent communication.
it will be key support for analyst for month-end close activities, identify risks and opportunities in the on-going center operations and monitor the cra cross-charge functionality adapting cost-reallocation for 20 countries outside of gbs and internal customers.
act as spoc for engagement center globally, typically interacting with sr. Directors / directos..
act as a trusted business advisor for all regional & gbs interactions moderating services agreements and cost transactions, providing expertise and help cross-functional teams understand the financial implications of the decisions.
sr. Professional finance also manages sensitive information like total spend, salaries and benefits, total capex budget and future investments in both people and operations, this position will focus into 20 different payrolls and currencies adding complexity to the role (countries in samcam, nam, apac & emea).
detailed responsibilities:
1.
coordinate the team to develop all financial reporting packages.
2.
provide guidance to lower level financial analyst with trends, business expertise, narratives.
3.
support automation and develop self-service financial model to stakeholders.
4.
track and monitor kpis and other financial indicators
5. Review, validate, and process cra in general ledger and onestream.
update allocation and monitor outcome of cra.
6.
assist lower financial analysts with budgeting process and providing recommendations to upper management.
7.
develop, maintain and improve financial models and projections.
8.
responsible of analyzing and preparing periodic management presentation, lead meetings and provide recommendation to upper management.
9.
cross-training and share expertise with analysts as back-up in case of emergencies.
10. Review, research and develop solutions for any transactional or accounting entry.
11.
act as a team lead on developing monthly, quarterly and annual financial processes, including budget annual planning, compliance, and management reporting.

- bachelor's degree in any finance related majors or economics.
