*key responsibilities*
- research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media platforms
- craft personalized and compelling messages for linkedin outreach.
- qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team to further explore opportunities.
- maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in our crm system.
- collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
- achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for pipeline development.
*qualifications*
- advanced oral and written english level.
- proven experience in sales or business development roles within the recruitment/staffing industry.
- proficiency in using crm software, preferably apollo, and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales processes.
- ability to work autonomously, set and achieve objectives, and remain self-driven and motivated in a remote work setting.
- positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection.
- organized with attention to detail.
