As am sales excellence specialist you will drive sales processes, sales programs, quota deployment and incentive support along with technology implementation that will accelerate revenue growth and set the organization up for rapid expansion. You will be responsible for supporting new process implementation and strengthening existing ones focused on automation which will allow the sales team to work at maximum efficiency while providing the leadership team with a clear view of the sales performance of the sbe (strategic business enterprise) and data to make informed sales and commercial decisions.
The am sales excellence specialist will partner with the sbe global sales director and general managers to facilitate key reporting with a critical focus on data integrity.
*key responsibilities*
- responsible for maintaining and improving the sales operating platform for the specific am sbe.
- leverage our sales tools, systems, and data to support the sales organization, with analytics and business insight to ensure that we are operating at full potential.
- provide reliable data, scorecards and insights while driving improvement actions.
- improve sales processes, tools, behaviors and incentives with standards that align across the sales excellence organization.
- analyze, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate pipeline, forecasts and sales behavior index metrics for the assigned sbe.
- deliver onboarding training and guidance on operational tools and metrics across am sbe, facilitating adoption and understanding by seller and sales leaders.
- partner with am sip focal and global sales director to maximize effectiveness of the sales incentive program by defining quota metrics and implementation criteria, coordinate quota deployment, and ensure accurate and timely sip payment.
- closely work with sales leaders, lines of businesses, growth initiative leaders, finance and planning functions to ensure annual operation plan sales targets are coherently defined across sbe and lobs, sales and growth initiative teams.
- align am sbe data analytics, sfdc use, and reporting to pmt direction. Manage standard am sfdc / analytic reports through pmt coe and sales technology team.
- prepare data summaries necessary to present data for review by the sales management and other requesting departments.
*you must have*
- bachelors degree and 5+ years of business intelligence reporting and/or sales operations experience.
- experience and track record of successfully implementing, administering, and managing sales operations processes and tools.
- functional and cross-functional team leadership experience.
- strong influencing skills with proven ability to lead process and tool improvements.
- ability to work with complex and large data sets and delivery high accuracy reports.
- good project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and task.
