- responsible for the uptime of the contact center, crm, and other systems.
- performs technology needs analysis and suggests hardware and software upgrades.
- rolls out hardware, software and cloud saas-based systems to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
- manages projects per agreed upon budget and schedules.
- manages a team of globally distributed it professionals using best practices, systems, procedures and processes.
job requirements:
- mandatory linux experience
- experience in handling entire it infrastructure
- worked on building, configuration, managing and updating server.
- experience in cloud-based services using aws amazon web service.
- experience in php.
- exposure towards itil framework.
- knowledge of us network and security policy.
- should have handled midsize companies (500-1000 employees)
- strong background in networking
- familiarity with google workspace administrationknowledge of network services like dns, dhcp, vpn, proxies, load balancers
