- stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in online learning, incorporating innovative approaches and tools into training strategies.
- provide support and guidance to learners, addressing their questions and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
a master's degree is a plus.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in an online environment, with a focus on creating and delivering online training or webinars.
- expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning management solutions.
exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- proficient in multimedia and web-based training tools, including video editing, presentation software, and elearning authoring tools.
strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
