microsoft team chat/video with the sales team.- review and scan incoming orders, verify accuracy and extract relevant data to process the order documents into electronic system.- update customer records based on interactions.
complete required tasks within the desired deadlines.- ability to professionally answer incoming telephones calls and effectively communicate information about products, prices, and product availability with both internal and external customers.- identifying problems within workflow and working with in line manager to resolve other duties as assigned.
*qualifications*- high school diploma or ged computer knowledge, microsoft outlook, word, excel, crm and powerpoint.- ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing.- make inbound and outbound calls for data accuracy and or missing information- minimum 3 years of alpha numeric data entry experience*salary*: from $10,000.00 per monthwork location: remote
