- support the implementation of customer strategy
- manage all relevant activities in approved process "acquire & quote"/process "develop & launch" projects to achieve defined targets
- documents and maintains all projects in benteler systems by ensuring high data quality
- prepare and support project related negotiations with customer
- ensure successful development of orders during process "acquire & quote"/process "develop & launch" considering customer specific agreements
- suggest cost optimization to account manager/global account director and/or program director
- define boundary conditions and support the (pre-) calculation of prototype
- and serial production
- prepare necessary data for sales planning
- lead order and acquisition-related customer meetings incl.
negotiations
- expand customer relationship for commodity
- maintain a strong customer orientation within the company
- inform respective superiors about customer related affairs in some particular cases
- promote a respectful work environment and recruit, develop and retain human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce.
