We are looking for a sr. Technical sourcer / recruiter to help us identify and connect with top-tier engineering talent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our us hiring team, leveraging your deep understanding of the mexican tech market to source and engage software engineers, site reliability engineers, and devops engineers in mexico city. You will use data-driven sourcing strategies, conduct targeted research, and craft personalized outreach to attract high-caliber passive candidates. Additionally, you will analyze hiring trends, track key metrics, refine outreach strategies, and support local recruiting initiatives.

* ability to collaborate with hiring managers, provide market insights, and align sourcing strategies with business needs.
* fluent in boolean searches and alternative tech recruiting networks like github, stack overflow, slack communities, and more.
* c1/c2 english proficiency to seamlessly work with global teams.
