the sr trade compliance analyst is person that manage import-export and compliance activities, monitoring all immex requirements, ivaieps certification, and annex 24 regulations, monitoring all the time our import-export activities, strong communication and daily interaction with broker, government agencies, other stryker local and outside partners, audit our process, create a best practice, and cost reduction program.
- responsible of the control of annex 31
- maintain our electronic custom files under sat requirement
- responsible of stablish and oversee internal processes of the correct raw material and finish good classification with applicable laws.
- responsible of the discharge annex 24 monthly basics
- establish and monitor ctpat program
- establish and monitor oea program
- identify, recommend import & export control of daily operations
- monitoring ivaieps certification risk levels and countermeasure
- responsible of the compliance regulation applicable to our immex operation
- recordkeeping control annex 24 database
- weekly pedimentos review and close
- control of pedimentos a1, f4, f5, af, in, v1. Others.
- mitigate the penalties risk level in all import-export process.
- responsible of the correct load in annex 24 boms
- management usmca country of origin certificates
- responsible of the control of sensitive good in a specific sector
- review and report inventory balance expired, and actions plans and lead any reconstruction process if needed
- audit control program process
*what you will need*:
- bachelor’s degree international business, foreign trade or related
- +3 years' experience in a manufacturing environmental, import/export department and compliance area
- advanced english and spanish level
- annex 22, 31 & 24, ivaieps, immex program, ctpat, oea
- maquiladora cost
