our hr service europe was established as the first cross-border hr service within bosch. We provide support and development of it infrastructure tools, data management, training, recruitment and administration to over 40 countries worldwide.

- create organizational model
- your tasks will be to maintain the organizational structure in the global compas system.
- in org. Management systems, you create positions and make changes as necessary.
- you will consult and coordinate with the hr business partners regarding reorganizations.
- you you will work with other colleagues in the hr environment as well as with employees and managers as part of reorganization projects.
