as a *quality engineer*, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our product/service quality standards. You will lead quality initiatives, drive process enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our quality objectives.
*responsibilities*:

*quality assurance leadership*
- provide leadership and expertise in quality assurance processes, methods, and tools.
- lead and mentor the quality engineering team, providing guidance and coaching.
- drive a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
*quality planning and strategy*:
- develop and execute comprehensive quality plans and strategies to meet organizational goals.
- collaborate with management to define quality objectives, targets, and kpis.
- identify and prioritize areas for quality improvement and process optimization.
- establish and implement quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
*root cause analysis and problem-solving*:
- lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues and non-conformities.
- implement corrective and preventive actions (capa) to address identified problems.
- utilize quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8d, six sigma) to resolve issues.
- implement robust and sustainable solutions to prevent reoccurrence.
*quality system compliance*:
- ensure compliance with quality management system standards e.g., iso 9001, as9100, iatf 16949 & vda (desirable).
- participate in internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
- collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure product/service compliance.
- support the development and maintenance of quality policies and procedures.
*process improvement and optimization*:
- lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
- implement statistical process control (spc) and quality control measures.
- identify opportunities for automation and digitization in quality processes.
- drive lean and six sigma methodologies to streamline processes.
