duties/responsibilities:
* coordinate and oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring all required assets and information are collected.
* provide budget and campaign strategy recommendations.
* develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, tracking all key deliverables.
* manage and update trello boards to track campaign tasks and deadlines.
* maintain and organize google sheets with up-to-date campaign data, budget pacing, and performance metrics.
* work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
* communicate with clients to clarify onboarding requirements, answer questions, and address any initial concerns.
* monitor onboarding progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep timelines on track.
* document standard operating procedures (sops) to improve efficiency and ensure a consistent onboarding experience.
* stay updated on paid media industry trends and best practices to enhance the onboarding process.
required skills/abilities:
* strong organizational and project management skills to track multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
* experience in the set up and management of google ads or meta ads.
* proficiency in google sheets, including advanced formulas like query, vlookup, index/match, regexextract, and pivot tables to analyze campaign data.
* experience with trello (or similar project management tools like asana or monday.com) for tracking campaign workflows.
* strong analytical skills with experience using google sheets to generate reports and data-driven insights.
* attention to detail in tracking budgets, deadlines, and campaign updates.
* ability to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
* strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across teams and keep stakeholders informed.
* problem-solving mindset to identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign tracking or budget data.
* familiarity with google ads, meta ads, or other paid media platforms is helpful but not required.
education and experience:
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in project management.
* 1+ years of experience managing google ads or meta ads.
* hands-on experience with google sheets and project management tools is required.
