Job purposethe hr business partner is responsible for developing the people plan within the context of the sector and hr function strategy based on the business priorities. Accountable for developing an engaged and enabled workforce with the necessary capabilities to achieve the business area's or function's objectives.principal accountabilities- work with our leaders to define hr plans and priorities for the business function that align with sector and group people plans and the experience we want to create for our people. Considering jm culture and values and the overall people strategy, to contribute to the achievement of the sector objectives.- work with the wider hr team to co-design people initiatives.- drive implementation through the local hr teams of hr plans and programmes (e.g. organisation design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent identification and development, employee engagement & recognition, organisational effectiveness) and deploy group policies and processes (i.e. reward) to deliver a high performing workforce.- provide change management support to help implement changes to the operating model, tools and processes, new capabilities and ways of working.
