What you will do:the global mobility manager will support company relocations for global workforce including permanent domestic and international relocations, expat assignments and immigration under the direction of the director benefits (us/canada).
located in monterrey, mexico, this role serves as a support team member on all aspects of global relocation and immigration.how you will do it:- in conjunction with external mobility partner, oversee all international and us domestic relocations.- manage external mobility, taxation and immigration partners to ensure the company is maximizing their services and support.- serve as the primary point of contact for all immigration-related inquiries from employees, managers, and hr business partners- advise recruitment function on work permitting and visa options as advised by external immigration vendor.- establish and drive customer satisfaction metrics to assure a high-level of service is provided to relocating employees, in coordination with hr, payroll and external mobility, taxation and immigration vendors to ensure a seamless experience.- establish and manage global policies and procedures to ensure oversight over global relocation and immigration activities, compliance, and cost effectiveness.- manage vendor alignment of policies and monitoring of exception requests.- survey and monitor global mobility spend and trends.- guide and assist global regions in the development of new mobility programs.- perform data analytics and reporting to guide decision-making around global mobility as requested by the director benefits (us/canada).what we look for:- minimum bachelor's degree required.- 8+ years of relevant global mobility experience.- ability to be comfortable with high-volume, fast paced workload.- strong communications and influencing skills.- demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and implement creative solutions.- ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of the organization.- strong microsoft office skills.- experience effectively analyzing complex sets of data.li-pr1about clarios:clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
