The consultant will have a track record of developing new accounts, creating a strong candidate list of leads, and managing complex relationships.responsibilitiesdevelop nagravision security business with new customers and markets in latin america with msos, telcos, ott operators.identify new opportunities and implement sales strategy through detailed account planning.develop maximum understanding of customers’ business plans and technology needs as they relate to nagravision products & solutions.analyze operator ecosystems to identify and deliver new business opportunities to grow the nagravision business in the territory.negotiate contracts and pricing/payment terms for nagravision security solutions in customer account(s).ensure that legal and ethical standards of nagravision are fully applied within the assigned territory.utilize regional and global resources to maximize customer account opportunities and manage issues.work with product units and product-line management teams to define product requirements based on customer and market needs.understand government policies and market developments to help nagravision position itself advantageously in the local market.communicate clearly and effectively across the matrix organization.establish and maintain close personal contact with key stakeholders and employees at all hierarchical levels via frequent and in-depth visits/consultations.maintain and monitor kpis: win/loss ratio, % of deals advancing by stage, share of wallet, etc.requirements/profile5-10 years sales and business development experience with a proven track record of success in an international, multi-cultural business environment.contacts and business experience with telcos, mnos, broadcasters, paytv operators, and ott providers in latam.knowledge of current players in the industry and understanding of industry dynamics and trends.knowledge of security services and solutions in the digital tv environment is a plus.demonstrated achievement in sales and new client development.strong presentation skills; ability to tailor presentation and content of solutions to various audiences.demonstrates an executive presence via clear communication and implementation of win-win strategies.self-starter with an exceptional desire to win.some travel will be required.why you’ll love it hereif you are seeking a culture that supports growth, fosters success, and moves the industry forward, then kudelski is where you need to be!
