Responsible for planning production based on demand analysis and warehouse inventory levels, ensuring that materials are available, and production capacity is sufficient to meet the established goal.responsibilities:analyze the raw material lists of finished products, identifying the purchased parts required for their manufacture.taking into account current inventories and demand forecasts, estimate the total quantities to be produced and, based on these, convert raw material requirements into purchase orders.prepare inventory level reports and develop production schedules.review material imports and shipments.responsible for managing raw material inventory levels.print picklists, release orders into the system and distribute production schedules.conduct production rounds to follow up on production schedules.this role may function as an internal auditor.this position is the sme (subject matter expert) for this function and may provide training on the listed responsibilities.minimum requirements:a minimum of 3 years of experience or more in the same position.fluent in english (both written and spoken).strong analytical skills and experience with demand planning forecasting tools.proficiency in sap and apics systems (preferred).familiarity with supply chain principles, inventory management, and production planning.high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.strong communication and collaboration skills.basic knowledge of iso 13485.the workplace is located in tecate, baja california.#j-18808-ljbffr
