minimum requirements
1. bachelor's degree in engineering, mba, or equivalent experience
2. five years of industry experience
3. proven track record in b2b sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery sector
4. live in monterrey or saltillo
skills and abilities
1. technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex engineering concepts related to automated paint finishing equipment
2. strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
3. excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. results-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives
5. self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team
6. comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities
7. fluency in a second language, specifically english and spanish
8. proficiency in using current software applications such as autocad and ms office products
