what you’ll do?
* collaborate with business users to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
* gather, document, and analyze business requirements for rpa projects.
* conduct process mapping, flowcharting, and identifying process inefficiencies.
* provide suggestions for process improvements and automation feasibility.
* work with technical teams to design rpa solutions based on business requirements.
* document functional specifications, workflows, and process designs for automation.
* define use cases, system requirements, and automation scope.
* act as a liaison between business units and the rpa development team.
* regularly communicate project status, timelines, and progress to business stakeholders.
* provide post-implementation support and ensure user satisfaction.
* assist in testing rpa solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
* identify, report, and help resolve any issues during the implementation phase.
* assist in training business users on new automation solutions and processes.
* support change management efforts by ensuring smooth adoption of rpa technologies.
* track and analyze the performance of rpa solutions.
* identify areas for further automation or improvements in existing processes.
* stay up to date on the latest rpa technologies and industry trends to recommend best practices.
what you’ll bring:
* bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
* experience as a business analyst, preferably in rpa or automation projects.
* strong knowledge of process mapping, business process management (bpm), and requirements gathering.
* familiarity with rpa tools (e.g., uipath, automation anywhere, blue prism).
* strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on process improvement.
* agile framework experience: experience working in agile/scrum environments for project delivery.
