as a talent management, you will be responsible for...
* supervising the courses scheduled according to the annual training plan.
* supervising the certification of direct staff.
* ensuring that courses, seminars or conferences are provided with teaching materials and training manuals.
* supporting the production and service departments on activities related to staff training, motivation and development.
* supervising and monitoring the activities of his/her staff.
* giving and supervising talks, courses or events related to training, motivation and development.
* providing induction and training to staff.
* applying tests and evaluations to staff.
* supervising and monitoring the effectiveness of training.
* keeping documentation regarding iso 14000 and iatf 16949 up to date.
* supervising the development of the staff training needs assessment and is responsible for the training needs applicable to his/her department.
* ensuring that courses, seminars or conferences have teaching materials.
* supporting the human resources department in matters of level changes, onboarding and training.
* providing results on the training department's annual objectives to the client oa manager.
* providing training directly or supervise its delivery through a trained instructor.
* promoting and contributing to the planning and programming of training.
* having some authority to make decisions regarding personnel, such as hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
* having authority to stop a process in which there is a possibility of damaging the environment and/or which is outside of legal environmental compliance.
* having authority to determine the environmental aspects and impacts of its activities and personnel, as well as products that it can control and influence.
* having authority to approve the necessary competence of persons carrying out work under its control that affects its environmental performance.
what you already have...
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* 2 years of experience in group management and teamwork.
* experience as a training instructor.
* ability to detect training needs and develop training plans and programs.
* proficiency in office software.
* experience in implementing training courses.
* ability to interpret reports and training manuals.
* experience in personnel management.
* desirable proficiency in english.
* knowledge of work team intervention.
* experience in developing training processes in production areas.
* basic/intermediate knowledge of sap.
* knowledge of supplier management.
* experience in mentoring.
* familiarity with iatf 16949 and iso 14001 standards.
* knowledge of safety regulations and environmental management systems applicable to the company.
* previous experience managing purchasing teams in industries.
* advanced english for conversation.
