Engaged in career development plans with direct reports and provides feedback on team performance against goals.:delegating:able to structure very complex projects and direct multiple project leaders/supervisors concurrently.:complies at all times the environment, health and safety and manufacturing quality standards, rules and regulations:performs other duties may be assignedrelated experience and educational requirements:educational background:stylelist:style:type:circle:bs in ie or mechanical design or robotics or another pertinent discipline. Ms preferred.:tier 1 university.:work experience:stylelist:style:type:circle:at least 10 years of experience working in equipment development in a manufacturing environment.:minimum 5 years of experience managing a team of design and development engineers.:strong background in industrial engineering and manufacturing metrics.:proven ability to build a strong and technically competent engineering team
