*key responsibilities*:
- ownership of assigned products and lead the necessary response to technical issues that are affecting the production of hardware in the operations centers
- resolution of these issues will require a strong sense of urgency, leadership across multiple disciplines inside and outside of isc engineering and robust problem-solving using design for six sigma principals.
- experience must include working in a chemical processing cell/facility.
e.g.
writing work instructions, developing process parameters, trouble shooting, and may also include auditing the process
- technical writing, prepare self-audit reports and follow-up with site on the successful closure of corrective actions.
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent (professional license and degree).
- proficient english communication skills both written and verbal
- experienced in aerospace products and manufacturing processes (+3 years)
- ability to understand design requirements and prepare technical documentation, design manufacturing processes
*we value*:
- msc.
or masters engineering degree.
- six sigma gb or lean manufacturing certification
- knowledge of aerospace materials specifications and manufacturing processes used to build a part.
- experience with nadcap and aero industry specification requirements
- chemical processes sca a plus
- auditor certificate a plus
- knowledge in welding, braze, heat treat a plus
- proficient computer skills
- ability to work independently
- track record of successful contributions to projects
