- responsible for e2e operational execution and customer experience on data collection (cdm) and financial claims (fcm) areas.
- lead tactical execution as the front line for partner and stakeholder inquiries and issue resolutions and reporting
- deep functional expertise on process and capability features and market nuances
- language based functional partner support
- collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/partner impact.
- acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
- provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.

- first level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
- typically 4-6 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

- advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in english and local language as well as other languages as required.
