what you’ll bring:
background:
bachelors in engineering, technology, sales, or related field (mba preferred).
experience:
10+ years in automation solution sales, including 5+ years in sales management.
skills:
1. proven success in p&l management and market analysis.
2. strong leadership, coaching, and consultative selling mindset.
3. ability to forecast trends, drive innovation, and adapt to market shifts.
languages:
conversational english.
