we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to join our team, this position will be fully remote in queretaro, mexico. The primary focus of this role is to drive new net revenue, expand our presence in international over-the-road transportation, and build strong relationships with new brokerage and consolidation customers. This is a remote role, providing flexibility while maintaining high performance expectations. You will be responsible for traveling onsite to customers and prospects.
key responsibilities:
* deliver net revenue per year to attain quota. Execute a strategic sales plan to achieve the annual revenue goal. Consistently monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure all efforts contribute directly to hitting revenue targets.
* grow als international over-the-road transportation net revenue. Actively seek opportunities to expand market share by promoting als's international transportation services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while consistently identifying potential growth opportunities within current accounts.
* focus on acquiring new brokerage and consolidation customers. Target high-value prospects, identifying businesses that would benefit from als's solutions. Utilize market research, networking, and cold outreach to develop new business channels and expand the customer base.
* qualify prospects effectively to ensure alignment with als's target market. Conduct in-depth needs assessments and due diligence to ensure potential clients align with als's ideal customer profile. Present tailored solutions that address each prospect's specific logistics challenges.
* close deals and secure new business—do what it takes to win. Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing with tenacity and determination. Leverage negotiation skills and solution-selling techniques to close deals efficiently and maximize profitability.
qualifications:
* must be fluent in both written and verbal english and spanish.
* college degree in logistics, business or a related field is preferred.
* 3-5 years of sales experience within mexico, specifically in brokerage sales.
* cross-border sales experience is highly preferred.
* proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
