Descripción del trabajo role description we are looking for a sales operations specialist to optimize sales processes, improve data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency.
this role will play a key part in supporting the sales team by managing sales documentation, maintaining crm systems (salesforce), and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.
responsibilities crm & data management implement and manage salesforce and pardot, ensuring system optimization and data accuracy.
oversee data integrity and quality, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records for the sales team.
provide training and support on salesforce functionalities and best practices.
sales operations & process optimization develop and maintain sales documentation, including templates, contracts, sales processes, and training materials.
ensure adherence to sales processes and tools, driving efficiency and consistency across the sales cycle.
support and enhance post-sales operations, including opportunity management and supplier portal administration (e.g., ariba, coupa).
reporting & performance analytics develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and kpis.
generate insights into sales performance, forecasting, and business development.
maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and operational processes.
sales support & cross-functional collaboration assist in sales reporting, presentations, and administrative tasks to streamline team operations.
collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and business objectives.
requirements bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
fluent in english; working proficiency in spanish is a plus.
2+ years of experience in a sales operations role.
proven experience working with salesforce (knowledge of pardot is a plus).
experience managing supplier portals (e.g., ariba, coupa) is an advantage.
strong analytical skills with the ability to generate meaningful insights from data.

ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
