We are looking for a *business analyst* to join our team.
As a *business analyst*, you will be the crucial link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager, you will be in charge of gathering information, documenting processes, and confirming the final requirements with the stakeholders and users.
*
your responsibilities (including but not limiting): *
- manage and track the status of requirements.
- support the development team and enforce and redefine as necessary.
- define a test strategy, document test cases, and identify findings during the system testing activities and during the user acceptance testing phase.
- work closely with clients and end-users to lead activities related to testing, documenting issues, and communicating with the development team.
- in charge of preparing and conducting training for users and content authors.
*we are looking for someone with*:
- great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science, information systems, business administration, or engineering.
- 2+ years of proven work experience as a business analyst or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- experience in requirements gathering and interviewing clients/users.
- experience creating user stories for agile projects.
- knowledge of best practices for business analysis and generating process documentation.
- intermediate to advanced english level.
