responsibilities:
1. ensures a good identification of the material in the process and separates the product out of specification in the correct area.
2. follow up corrective actions regarding to failures in the process or product during the shift, emitting a soac depending on failure level and closing them when the actions are implemented.
3. make audit process in the molding and assembly areas and prepare the report.
4. capture data gotten by statistical process control, analyze the information and define actions if necessary.
5. review the parts assigned to using inspection instructions and/or visual aids of the part number that is being reviewed.
6. all approved material is identified with gp-12 tag, that includes date, signature, and name.
7. report the quantities of parts inspected to indicate the parts inspected as good and rejected parts to unsubscribe.
8. record the amounts of rejects in the control form put in the quarantine area for control.
qualifications:
1. degree in industrial engineering or related.
2. 2 years in a similar position or quality department.
3. experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
4. intermediate english.
