your responsibilities will include:
* developing the country integrated marketing plan, market strategies aimed at maximizing market share, new product launches, and building brand awareness and customer loyalty.
* executing ongoing identification of new opportunities and markets to be explored, offering understanding, tracking of competitors and market shifts, and reviewing the broad strategic direction.
* collating market research and competitive data to enable the formation of the country strategic marketing plan.
* capturing and structuring information from the field producing updated market mapping and business sizing.
* managing and overseeing the country marketing plan and budget.
* developing, leading, and managing the execution of new product launches.
* designing & implementing conferences/symposium strategies & tactics to support the country plan.
* working with sales managers to ensure sales reps are adequately trained; setting up physician and staff training and education, patient education events, and monitoring post-training results by physician to assess cost/benefit.
* collaborating with the operations team to manage the supply chain for products – monthly forecasts, managing backorders & planning inventory transitions for new products.
* spending 50% of time in the field helping to convert accounts, executing launches, clinical activities, and gathering market & competitor information.
what we are looking for in you:
required qualifications:
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, administration, or a health-related field.
* m.b.a. or master’s degree preferred.
* five (5) years' experience, with at least a portion in the medical device industry with minimally invasive surgery companies or pharma business.
* experience in analysis and management of market data.
* knowledge of p&l.
* understanding of business and financial terms.
* experience in digital initiatives.
* proactivity, emotional intelligence, agility, and strong communication skills.
* proficient in english.
* strong organizational, selling, presentation, and communication skills.
preferred qualifications:
* experience managing salesforce.
* experience leading and managing a team.
