what will your job look like?
* reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
* advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
* design holistic, integrated high-level solutions that fit customers' business needs, production operability, and budget.
* lead or participate in reviews with key partners, providing technical perspective and support.
* communicate new solution details and their impact on business processes to customers' business and it personnel.
* ensure customers understand the solution and address all open questions and action items.
* support customers during the scoping phase up to sign-off.
* prepare solution-related documents and specifications.
* configure the solution and create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans.
* resolve configuration/implementation-related issues promptly to avoid sla impacts.
all you need is...
education:
* degree in computer science or industrial engineering & management - information system
experience:
* customer-facing experience: ability to communicate the amdocs solution through presentations, demos, etc.
* wide knowledge of relevant products and e2e business processes.
* knowledge of the telecom industry and amdocs business processes (itil, etom, asom).
* experience managing a team in cross-amdocs domain solutions.
technical skills:
required:
* continuous integration and delivery/deployment: ensure all test scenarios are covered before production deployment, review changes and impacts on low occurrence scenarios, ensure slas are not impacted post-deployment.
* platforms: aws (basic knowledge; cloud practitioner certification preferred).
* integration tier: rest, rabbitmq (basic).
* database/storage tier: mysql/oracle, aws s3, nas, nfs, efs (basic).
* unix/linux command-line/scripting (basic).
nice to have:
* platforms: microservices (basic).
* integration tier: kafka, tomcat (basic).
* languages/frameworks: java 8, spring frameworks, spring integration, spring security, oauth (basic).
* presentation technologies: xml, xsl:fo, apache fop, pdf/afp (basic).
