to do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the transportation mobility cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.the role:*position description*:this role is to provide project management of it infrastructure to ensure the various projects and stakeholders are aligned to meet the needs of the building facilities in mexico.following is the main list of activities that this it analyst will be responsible for:*duties will include*:- governance: drive the creation and execution of the governance structures needed to ensure building facilities it infrastructure deliverables are delivered appropriately.- risk management and issues management- assist in the identification, analysis and evaluation of program issues and risks; - assist in the development of program mitigation strategies and contingency plans; - scope management- for each of the it infrastructure needs in mexico building facilities ensure ito charters are developed and include adequate scope definitions; - monitor timely charterapprovals by the customer; - develop and manage program-wide change request processes.- schedule management- assist in identifying critical milestones and monitoring progress; - monitor timely action on schedule variances.- performance management- periodically evaluate effectiveness of performance reporting; - if necessary, assist in re-design; - alert management of performance trends that signal potential problem areas; - program manage coordination of release activities across the various projects ; - facilitate internal program status/performance meetings- financial management- maintain and manage the overall program budget; - track forecast and actual spending; - track billings - internal and purchase orders; - investigate/resolve erroneous charges; - prepare program financial reporting.- implementation- follow up with suppliers and ford teams critical milestones for project.- follow up and track the installation progress of it solutions in new facilities.- coordinate it activities during launch process.what you'll need:- bs/ba degrees in it or other related field, a plus to consider are certifications of technology or related certification such as methodologies / standards.- it work experience +3 years- experience with integration program structure/management.- project/program management skills including financial tracking
