you will report to: sr. Manager global demand & digital marketing
as the global digital demand marketing project manager, you will be responsible for the project management of activation of world-class digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales pipeline across multiple geographies and languages. You will develop and implement processes to ensure prompt global activation while upholding quality standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in project management, digital, and demand marketing.
taking charge of our activation schedule meetings, activation processes, project management board, and predetermined strategies, the global digital demand marketing project manager will be responsible for creating and optimizing all activation templates and documentation. You will monitor, communicate, and report execution progress, ensuring all activations are delivered on schedule and promptly identifying risks and resource capacity planning needs.
this role will ensure that activities are assigned to appropriate global resources within slas, with all required assets and information documented effectively for execution. The global digital demand marketing project manager will also develop and improve processes for standardization and scalability to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the global digital demand center. Collaborating closely with demand managers and activation teams, they will establish highly efficient and streamlined workflows, providing support with execution as required.
main responsibilities
* manage project management of campaign activation, including project board and team meetings.
* remove obstacles, facilitate collaboration, and eliminate unnecessary distractions for campaign activation within the global digital demand center.
* monitor activation progress to ensure timely delivery.
* evaluate resource availability for activation projects and ensure the team has the capacity to deliver.
* review campaign content, assets, and execution briefs to ensure understanding of standards.
* develop and oversee quality control processes, implementing measures to address quality issues.
* document and improve campaign activation processes for standardized execution, including regional, global marketing, and 3rd party agencies.
* design and improve campaign tactic execution templates and strategies.
* design and improve tactic request forms.
* create dashboards, reports, and other forms of communication to ensure partners and leadership are fully informed of activation progress and risks.
* collaborate across partners and regions to guide standardized global activation processes and documentation.
* provide training and consultation on activation processes and resources.
* support budget management, spend tracking, purchase order, and invoice handling.
* support campaign execution when needed.
minimum qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing or comparable experience with a 4-year degree.
* minimum of 5+ years of project management experience within a marketing role.
* fluent in english.
* high proficiency in project management tools (ideally jira or workfront).
preferred qualifications
* experience developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* experience activating global campaigns.
* experience working in industrial automation.
* experience working with remote teams in a matrixed, global organization.
* web analytics proficiency (adobe analytics).
* cms proficiency (ideally adobe experience manager).
* marketing automation proficiency (ideally eloqua).
* proficiency in channel marketing platforms (ideally ziftone).
* in-person event registration, promotion, and lead capture set up proficiency.
* awareness of ux, html, css & seo.
