*job responsibilities include but are not limited to*:*_ creates commercial stores: new stores, rebuilds & space optimizations _*- sets the "commercial idea" for new stores and rebuilds to create the strongest outcome for sales and brand by securing optimal concept mix, size and placement as well as façade intent.- has full understanding of the commerciality and quality of existing store portfolio in dedicated geographical area to enable active portfolio management.- reviews the existing store to secure all commercial aspects before starting with the new commercial idea.- creates room structure, placement and shape of fitting room, cashpoint and boh.- provides fact-based input on potential locations/spaces to leasing based on efficiency and sales potential.- effectively conducts project specific research about customer and project objectives, including some analytical tasks connected to the brand's commercial strategy.- presents each project´s commercial idea for regional approval.- maintains full knowledge of relevant guidelines and best practices.- provides feedback and improvement suggestions to relevant functions regarding experiences received from site visits of new and existing stores.- sets schedule for design related tasks/actions.- finalizes drawings according to agreed schedule.- follows up on schedule and communication for projects.- takes ownership of analyzing both successes and learnings for projects.
*_ drives project process from design intent to store completion (and coordinates with internal and external consultants):_*- coordination with leasing, construction, and external consultants to secure vertical transportation locations, emergency exits, cad base drawings, etc.
for drawing package completion.- manages project throughout to ensure timeline, workflow and quality targets are met.- establishes and maintains outstanding lines of communication with expansion, construction, leasing, visual, sales teams and external consultants (architects & engineers).- ensures the project is documented correctly and maintains a clear record of all correspondence related to assigned projects
