this position will provide finance support activities to: a) finance analysis (actual, vs budget, vs forecast vs prior year), b) forecasting preparation, c) annual budget preparation and d) actual reporting.
this position will play a lead role in managing and driving financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance.
will partner with and support the local juarez team and the business leaders to drive finance initiatives and decisions.
also play part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to your business partners and overall pmc leadership.

- drives the monthly closing process, analyzes and reports on results
- analyzes the sales and sales mix in the greatest detail (revenue and cost of sales review)
cost, material variances reviews
- inventory reviews
- oversee the annual standard setting process and approve standard costs
- improves processes and analytics in support of profitability margin analysis
- supports the business' key priorities
- prepares regular business reviews for honeywell's senior leadership team and local juarez team
- provides finance support to other functions
*you must have*:
- bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- previous manufacturing experience with hands on knowledge of product costing and standard setting
- technical expertise in financial planning and analysis
- previous experience working in a maquiladora
strong focus on managing and driving p&l
- expert level knowledge of excel and sap
- totally fluent in spanish and english
