*position overview*
supervise, lead, administer and participate in all regional protection programs in order to protect company assets and provide guidance so that the store’s organization will achieve the highest level of security/loss prevention effectiveness awareness and training ensuring our employee’s safety and company profitability. Also, regionally responsible for emergency preparedness, investigations, special events and dotted line supervision of the branch security protection staffs.

- partner with appropriate retail leadership and develop a yearly protection strategy for their region focused on reducing overall inventory losses, protection compliance, and emergency response
- ensure that front door coverage is maintained pursuant to corporate security established guidelines
- partner with occupational safety & environment on all safety related issues
- manage new store openings and remodels
- partner with regional director to determine risk level for new stores
- partner with director technical security systems and real estate services prior to opening to facilitate proper protection
- communicate installation issues to responsible department
- conduct on site new store employee training
- manage the imp process as well as the training and execution of the emergency evacuations for your locations
- develop and maintain an ongoing liaison with corporate peers, law enforcement and government agencies in your area of responsibility
- in conjunction with transportation, coordinate hvm delivery.

- maintain profit plan targets as established by director of security
- conduct regional branch security reviews for predetermined locations
- conduct internal/external investigations:
- ensure that all research and surveillance requirements are met and completed per local laws and established
- conduct investigation, interviews and complete final case report
- follow through with proper authorities until completed
liaise with corporate investigations where applicable ensuring proper communication, documentation, and follow-up
*brand integrity*
- ensure the security and safety of high-end special events and significant transport of high value product
- trademark enforcement liaison and investigations as required
- collaborate with retail partners to ensure that security professionals and contract guards understand and maintain the brand messaging established by corporate security
partner with human resources and store management regarding the hiring of security personnel
*performance measures*
tei (goals established yearly), front door coverage, shrink, investigations, lms training (goals established yearly)
*required qualifications*:
- 10 years related experience
- 5 years job related experience in managing a high performing team
- 10 years job related experience in investigations
- ability to develop and maintain credible relationships with law enforcement and governmental agencies
- extensive overnight travel
- flexible schedule
- advanced computer skills
- highest level of integrity
- high degree of experience in all phases of security systems, procedures, investigations legal issues, supervision and training
- excellent communicator

- bachelor’s degree (or similar international degree)
- fluent in english language (reading/writing)
- second language (if international)
