* coordinate the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to the final selection of candidates.
* analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of talent acquired.
* identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative strategies to optimize recruitment.
* develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify candidates across various platforms and channels (social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).
* maintain and build relationships with educational institutions, associations, and other key talent sources.
* develop and maintain an updated database of potential candidates (talent pipeline).
* coordinate and conduct initial interviews, assessments, and psychometric tests to ensure alignment with job requirements.
* facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, providing clear recommendations based on evaluations.
* manage applicant tracking systems (ats) and ensure information is consistently updated.
* generate regular reports on the status of vacancies and the performance of recruitment strategies.
* ensure recruitment processes comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
* collaborate with internal departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives.
requirements
to succeed in this role, you must have:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, communication, or related fields.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
* high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* advanced proficiency in excel and data analysis tools.
* knowledge of recruitment platforms and professional social networks (linkedin, occ, etc.).
* ability to administer and interpret psychometric tests.
* proficiency in microsoft office and familiarity with hris systems is preferable.
