qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
* 2-3 years of professional experience in a marketing role
* proven track record managing tiktok shop campaigns, including setup and optimization
* proficiency with shopify, including product listings, theme customization, and app integrations
* strong understanding of marketing analytics with the ability to generate actionable insights
* excellent communication skills in english, both written and verbal
* experience working with b2b clients, startups, and american markets
* familiarity with canva, adobe creative suite, or similar graphic design tools is a bonus
technical knowledge & hard skills
* expertise in tiktok shop management and social media marketing
* proficiency in creating and analyzing email and sms marketing campaigns
* skilled in e-commerce platforms, especially shopify
* understanding of seo/sem principles and marketing strategies
* ability to track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
