as our jr. Electro-mechanical engineer, you will operate both in new product development and in product change management.
responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
problem solving
* identifies problems or issues
* develops competitive solutions
* generates ideas collaborating with colleagues
create technical design by using applicable design tools
* create design proposal fulfilling requirements or specifications
* document design as per applicable guidelines and tools (drawings, electrical diagrams, calculation, product models etc.)
* ensures compliance with applicable legal requirement and codes & standards
* ensures design is carried out within given schedule and according to quality targets
* verify and validate own design
implement design
* develop concept, mock-ups and prototypes to validate design
* implement design into operations
maintain design
* create proposal for changing existing design following engineering change order
* execute corrective or preventive actions when appropriate
ways of working
* follows solution creation practices
* adopt agile ways of working as applicable, including quarterly and sprint planning
* actively collaborates with sw team and other disciplines
* identify and report technical and schedule risks to responsible functions
product data
* create and maintain product data according to design and pdm/plm guidelines
develop capabilities
* constantly improves know-how for him/herself and colleagues
hiring requirements:
* completed engineering degree in electrical, mechatronics or related engineering.
* at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* knowledge in 3d design programs
* advanced microsoft office
* advanced in both written and verbal english
