*responsibilities*- *cover phone lines*- answer all incoming calls during business hours- respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.- assist our customers by answering product and service questions.- manage outbound follow up calls as needed.- *work with the customer service team to*:- to review and process warranty, shipping damage, and return claimsmonitor outbound and return tracking- *work with customer service lead and manager to*:- escalate issues as needed provide feedback from customers to ensure communication between departments- *various small projects as needed*education & experience requirements*:- high school diploma or equivalent- english: 90% written / 90% spoken- proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative*salary*: $16,500.00 - $19,500.00 per monthwork location: one location
