we are looking for a talented *quality inspector i* to join our specialized *quality* team for our *cummins* company in *ciudad juarez, chihuahua.

in this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:
*health, safety and environment (hse)*:
- identify and immediately report any safety hazards or risks.
- comply with hse standards, policies and procedures, using appropriate personal protective equipment.
- actively participate in hse training and promote safety in the workplace.
*quality*:
- ensures that products received or produced meet technical specifications.verifies the final quality of the products in the production line.
- compares physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products with technical specifications to identify defects.
- separates products that do not have the desired technical specification, using basic and/or complex measuring techniques and equipment.
- documents products that do not meet technical specifications using specified systems.
- follows the norms and quality standards defined by the company.
- tours production areas to audit processes/products.
*qualifications*
- basic knowledge in milipore, gage r^r
- basic knowledge in 2nd level checklist.
- effective communication with the area team.
- availability for 1st level.
- have at least 12 months of the last promotion.
- excellent punctuality and attendance record in the last 12 months (no reprimands or suspensions).
