As a production technician, you will manage and guarantee an organized flow of the production process by managing human and material resources, following safety and quality standards and procedures to comply with the production program and the strategic goals.

main responsibilities
1. coordinate the related tasks of each manufacturing stage, to ensure compliance with the daily production schedule.
2. manage the production lines ensuring the correct use and operation of the process equipment under the established parameters and procedures respecting the quality, environment and safety regulations.
3. coordinate and evaluate the training of associated personnel with focus on productivity and conservation of resources.
4. manage teams promoting teamwork.
5. analyze the results of the area indicators, based on their behavior, and take corrective or preventive actions to help achieve the established goals.
6. evaluate reports that allow making decisions on production and personnel performance.
7. increase the stages of the production process through the implementation of improvements focused on cost and time reduction.
8. maintain open lines of communication and negotiation between associated personnel, bosses, managers and areas of interaction to establish goals and agreements to achieve our goals.
9. facilitate resources such as tools and personal protection equipment necessary for operators to fulfill their activities.
10. guarantee the use of materials and process times in oracle, for inventory control.
11. manage the activities related to the work systems implemented, to guarantee their performance and compliance with the established goals.
12. manage material resources to maintain inventory control.
qualifications
* 2 years of experience in the production and/or administration part.
* chemical or related engineering.
* intermediate knowledge in excel (can write advanced macros) and oracle.
* knowledge in lean process, 5's.
* knowledge in the packaging process.
* manage unionized labor personnel.
