We are seeking a dynamic training & recruiting specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent while also developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of recruitment expertise, training program development skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

recruitment:
1. develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
4. collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for each role.
5. manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
training program development:
1. assess training needs through consultation with department heads, performance evaluations, and feedback from employees.
2. design and develop training programs and materials tailored to meet the needs of different departments and job roles.
3. coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
4. evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and observation.
5. update and revise training materials as necessary to keep them current and relevant.
employee development:
1. identify opportunities for employee skill development and career advancement.
2. recommend and implement initiatives to support ongoing professional growth and learning.
3. provide coaching and mentoring to employees seeking to enhance their skills and capabilities.
4. conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
5. collaborate with managers to identify opportunities for employee development and career growth.
6. support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and recognition.
requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. at least 5 years of experience in recruiting, training, or hr-related roles.
3. proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
4. strong understanding of recruiting techniques and best practices.
5. experience developing and delivering training programs.
6. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
8. strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. proficient in oral and written english & spanish.
10. high self-motivated, team player, adapt capability to fast change.
11. be able to work under high pressure.
