what you'll do
* source, screen, and review resumes to identify top talent
* reach out to potential candidates and build relationships
* support senior recruiters and account managers throughout the hiring process
* ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates
* assist with various recruiting lifecycle tasks, including candidate submissions, managing ats and databases, responding to candidates on job platforms, and posting job openings
* provide regular performance updates and sourcing activity reports to management
what we're looking for
* at least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role
* knowledge of various sourcing techniques and strategies
* education: bachelor’s degree
* familiarity with linkedin recruiter and ats platforms
* experience in an agency or startup environment (bonus)
* experience sourcing for it positions (bonus)
