the business development representative will be responsible for all aspects of customer support and communication with both current and potential patients. The primary objective of this role is to set appointments for customers and ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the patient journey.
*key responsibilities*:
2. *appointment booking*: guide potential patients through the appointment booking process, ensuring they understand the services and benefits offered. For those who initiate but do not complete the booking process, follow up to encourage them to schedule an appointment.
5. *social media engagement*: monitor and respond to patient inquiries and questions on social media platforms, particularly facebook, to provide information and support.
6. *phone support*: answer incoming phone calls from patients, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
7. *patient assistance*: assist patients who have booked appointments with any additional questions or needs they may have to ensure a positive patient experience.
*qualifications*:
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
- strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- previous experience in customer support, sales, or appointment setting is a plus.

- comfortable with making outbound phone calls and engaging in conversations with potential and current customers.
*compensation*:
- base salary plus commission, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
Pay: $13,698.32 - $15,410.61 per month
