This role is for a senior leader developer who will work with the latest technologies in the marketplace to help our customers modernize and transform their business. As a senior leader developer, you will be key in designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior developers, and ensure our projects meet the highest quality standards. Your strong communication skills and leadership abilities will be crucial in driving projects forward and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
* 8+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with at least 4 years in a senior role.
leadership responsibilities:
* lead and manage a team of 5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
* establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
* collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
* drive technical decision-making while fostering a collaborative environment
* identify and resolve team conflicts and technical challenges.
* implement and maintain agile development practices
front-end proficiency:
* strong experience with typescript.
* ensure that all front-end code adheres to the highest standards, including code reviews, testing, and maintaining consistent coding practices across the team.
* take ownership of front-end development from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.
back-end proficiency:
* strong experience with java and spring boot, including restful api design and microservices architecture.
* familiarity with relational and nosql databases
* understanding of api integration and third-party services.
general skills:
* proficiency with version control systems like git
* strong ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* expertise in docker, including creating, managing, and deploying containerized applications.
* provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and promoting best practices.
* best practices in software design patterns/architectures.
preferred qualifications:
* experience with testing frameworks such as cypress.
* previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
