the role of a gp data and analytics analyst at johnson controls is pivotal in extracting valuable insights from data, enabling informed decision-making, and driving organizational growth.
key responsibilities:
* data collection and cleaning: extract data from primary and secondary sources, ensure accuracy, classify, and organize for analysis.
* data analysis and interpretation: utilize statistical techniques to analyze data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets, translate findings into meaningful insights.
* database management: develop and manage data systems and databases, implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, maintain data sources and ensure integrity.
* data visualization: master data visualization tools to create easily understandable graphs, facilitate data-driven decision-making through visual representations.
collaboration and problem-solving:
* work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, offer practical solutions based on data analysis, contribute to high-level problem-solving initiatives.
requirements:
