it isn't a question.purpose of the role:support medium / long term innovation strategy and pipeline for latam otc categories, targeting market share/ hhp growth, with clear kpi's/results, through the ability to influence different hierarchical levels, including global teams, top management, gms, local managers, and multifunctional teams.key responsibilities:
- find opportunities to innovate brand's pipeline, not only on portfolio choices, but also claims and packaging innovation that drives growth, with a clear focus on consumer's insights and need states.
- support building project business case, including p&l, with a clear rationale behind assumptions (volume, distribution, net sales, g2n, cogs, a&p), in partnership with local teams and finance.
- co-lead innovation projects end-to-end (ideation, planning, producing, until it arrives at shelves).
- influence cross-functional teams/plans (trade/sales/finance/projects/regulatory/medical/legal/supply/comex/cbia).
- analyze sales, share and innovation performance, focusing on learnings and applying into new projects.
- deliver against innovation sales and growth targets for category.detail of responsibilities:
- deliver innovation plan for the defined bmcs (brazil and mexico) based on consumer centric approach.
- maximize innovation into rest of latam based on markets range & innovation assessments with local teams (lec, colombia, peru).
- ensure on time presentations of innovation projects through required bu governance.
- partner with multifunctional teams to ensure proper progression of all innovation projects for on-time and on-full delivery against plans: ensure alignment among all areas for flawless execution.
- recommend, align, and drive business case assumptions by leveraging on all business levers to ensure maximization and scale up of opportunities.requirements:at least 10 years on marketing, sales or related commercial area.strong finance acumen.strong operational organization/prioritization skills.strong analytical skills with multiple information levers: consumer insights, clinical and scientific information, competitive environment, etc
