Mission
we are seeking a motivated and results-driven inside sales and marketing representative to join our team in mexico. This role is critical in driving win-back initiatives and acquiring new customers in the americas. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a strong understanding of the automotive and general manufacturing market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and strengthening relationships with lapsed customers.
tasks & responsibilities
customer acquisition and retention:
1. design and execute targeted win-back campaigns to re-engage lapsed customers and rebuild relationships;
2. identify and acquire new customers by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales pipeline;
sales administration:
1. maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the crm system, together with the sales team;
2. support in contract preparation and legal reviews when required;
marketing:
1. identify key events in north america and define appropriate engagement models for each (speaking engagements, booths, private events);
2. drive top of funnel activities such as social media posts, newsletters, white papers with relevant industry associations;
customer engagement:
1. conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to build rapport with customers;
2. present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs effectively;
collaboration and teamwork:
1. work closely with the north american and global sales teams to share insights and best practices;
2. partner with customer value teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
sales strategy execution:
1. develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and kpis;
2. collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives;
market understanding:
1. stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in north america;
2. provide feedback to the management team to refine sales strategies and offerings;
requirements
qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the north american market;
2. strong verbal and written communication skills in english, spanish is a plus;
3. demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and kpis;
4. familiarity with crm software and sales tools;
5. excellent organizational and time management skills;
6. self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
7. knowledge of the automotive industry and market dynamics in north america is a plus;
