- 8+ of implementation experience. Must be an oracle certified otm professional
- participate in and/or lead discovery sessions with client and document as-is processes
- create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer (external and internal) requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight
- should have a good understanding of the oracle transportation management architecture and fitment of tms in overall scm functional and technical architecture with erp and other products
- should have a hand's on experience on system performance tunning, bulk plan performance optimization, cloud infrastructure, dba activisties.
- should have an experience in end to end integrations with wms, sap, mulesoft etc. Having work experience on rest api, json will be good
- broad understanding of typical otm modules like order management, shipment management, automation agents, sourcing, freight forwarding, vessel-voyage scheduling
- should have an experience on paas, oic, vbcs architecture and downstream systems like goldengate, replication db also
- ability to provide solutions in otm for complex business requirements with must have implementation experience on road and ocean solutions.

- ability to understand the customer's global template solution and ensure the new implementations are in line with the global template solution.
- prepare project plan for the implementation roll outs, identify, and document current state processes, business requirements, future state solutions, functional specifications and configurations
- engage with oracle for every quarterly patch upgrade. Collaborate with oracle for any new features and ideas that needs to be implemented
- take the new solutions and product enhancements to customer and business team showcasing the benefits of using the new feature.
- should be able to do a comparative study of best in the market solution implemented across the other companies using otm for the business requirements.
- investigate system configuration options when developing solutions to meet business requirements; help develop strategies to use standard functionality to meet business needs whenever possible

- ability to lead the project, track the team's daily efforts, motivate the team to provide value adds to the existing set of processes.
