responsibilities
* serve as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders, managing both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
* efficiently handle document management, including faxing orders to physician offices, following up on their status, and ensuring proper filing in patient records.
* collaborate closely with the clinical manager to resolve complex authorization issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* coordinate and manage scheduling tasks, ensuring optimal patient care and staff efficiency.
* utilize your bilingual skills to bridge communication gaps, enhancing patient services and family interactions.
* maintain and organize patient information in the company’s cutting-edge, web-based electronic medical record (emr) system.
* support the clinical team with various administrative tasks, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the agency.
requirements
* fluency in both english and spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages (applicants must submit voice recordings).
* proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
* strong proficiency in microsoft office suite and comfort navigating web-based applications.
* exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
