Long descriptionprincipal accountabilitiesin addition to the following epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:verifies accounting applications of customer accounts and credit status.supports the sales execution of the four loyalty programs that generate sales and corresponding demand.responsible for requesting registrations for new distributors to participate in loyalty programs that handle epson, informing sales executives of the id sap with which the distributor was registered.keeps updated data on distributors to avoid delays in payments.safeguards agreements between epson and the distributor ensuring they are signed, including the appendix where the quotas set by marketing and approved by management are established.communicates established quotas set by marketing and approved by the director of sales business to the executives monthly or quarterly, depending on the program that the distributor is registered for, generating the corresponding appendix with new quotas in each update.reports the scope of quotas at least once a week and generates the closing month report for each of the programs established by epson.manages new registrations and cleans the system, keeping it updated.requests distributor bills that are eligible for payment, following up until payment is applied.requirements+2 years of experience managing loyalty programs.bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or similar.intermediate to advanced excel skills.intermediate english level (optional).minimum experience requirementsb - requires some specialist or admin experience (2-5 years).educatione - completion of an undergraduate program required (b.a.
